After you have contacted us about your renovation ideas, an appointment will be made with one of our experienced design consultants to discuss your requirements, design and budget.
Following our consultation and agreement, we will arrange for our draftsman to visit to carry out a full site measure. These measurements will then be used to produce your design concepts. Once you have approved the design (after any changes you require) we will then arrange for our panel of builders to provide a detailed cost estimate for your consideration.
Once you have approved your new design we will then move to the next stage via our standard “Order of Engagement” agreement. This allows us to apply to the relevant authorities to seek building approval. We will also conduct relevant soil tests, working drawings, energy reports and engineering.
Any additional site inspections will be carried out and once all the relevant paperwork and construction drawings have been approved, your HIA formal offer will be prepared, ready for signing.
Once all parties have signed the contract, your building permit will be applied for, insurances arranged and a start date agreed.
